It’s been a while since I’ve posted on my blog and what better way to come back with announcing that my husband and I are expecting a baby boy in May 2021. We’re incredibly excited, anxious and overjoyed to begin this new chapter in our lives. I feel so honored and blessed with the gift of creating life. What a miracle this has been. My body is in a constant state of change – I feel his kicks, flutters, hiccups, flips and many other signs reminding me that he’s there. Somedays I try to find the words to describe how I feel right now, which is impossible… it’s like I’m happy, emotional and emotional all at the same time.

Our shoot day was so beautiful. The sun shined so bright and our dear friend and photographer @iamevandavies photographed this special moment, like many others in our life. Ultimately I wanted the photos to be elegant, timeless and regal and I think we captured just that. My dress was rented from @lael_collection__ “The Leighton” and it was simply the most beautiful color, fabric and flowed so pretty.
